Access Control

Door entry and access control systems are now extremely widely used in industrial premises. There are many variations, but the general principle is that employees and authorise personnel are issued with a key-fob, swipe-card or access code that will allow them access only to the areas of the site to which they are entitled.

Chevoit systems are incredibly user-friendly and flexible, allowing key-fobs etc. to be added and deleted from the system in seconds--useful for providing temporary access to selected areas for visitors, maintenance contractors etc.

Video door-entry systems are usually installed to allow a receptionist to vet visitors and admit authorised personnel with the aid of a button-operated door release.

Below is a selection of the products we routinely use in such applications:

A video phone allows your receptionist to see and communicate with any caller before deciding whether to press the button and grant them entry.

We stock a wide range of inetrnal and external door-entry keypads, including the vandal-resistant stainless steel models pictured here.

It is possible to combine transponders and pass-codes into a single system, allowing staff to choose their preference.
